“Reducing Senior’s Social Isolation: Insights from Focus Groups with Community Stakeholders” preliminary research findings were presented at the Canadian Association on Gerontology Conference (CAG). This poster presented the results of insights from four focus groups with community stakeholders conducted as part of the Gilbrea Centre for Studies in Aging’s research project in the Hamilton Social Isolation Impact Plan (HSIIP).
